328 Maple Avenue

The 6-plex building was transformed into four 3 bedrooms, 3 bath condos and two apartments. The 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments are rented through Good Samaritan Ministries.​

Jubilee transformed this Missing Middle-style multi-plex building into an affordable homeownership opportunity for 5 local families in Holland and partnered with a local nonprofit to rent out the other unit at an affordable price.

35 West 17th Street

Renovations included:

  • 3 bedroom, 2 bath

  • Original wood floors on 2nd floor

  • New kitchen cabinets & appliances

  • New roof

  • Brand new 24 x 24 garage

  • Sold May 2019

Central Commons

Central Commons is located on the corner of 16th and Central. There are 6 small homes, each one is 488 square feet. The one bedroom, 1 bath homes are energy efficient. 

Jubilee built Central Commons to continue to provide needed affordable housing opportunities to the Holland Community.  Central Commons homes are the perfect affordable starter home for people looking to become first time homeowners.

The renovations included:

  • Updated electrical and plumbing

  • New roof and exterior painting

  • Garage also extensively renovated

  • Brand new kitchen

  • Open concept

  • 3 bedroom 2 baths

232 W 16th Street

One of Holland’s most recognizable homes sits on largest lots in the downtown neighborhoods.

  • Master suite + 2 additional large bedrooms upstairs

  • Open concept main floor features the kitchen as the center hub

  • 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths

  •  The garage has large functional 2 car garage with storage above. 

  • Sold December 2016

176 W 19th Street

This house was purchased from an estate. The interior was gutted and walls were moved to open up the feel of the house.

  • New insulation, plumbing, electrical and HVAC + new windows, siding and roof. 

  • The kitchen was updated and a master suite was added

  • Hickory hardwood floors were put in the living room and tile floors in the kitchen and bath.

  • A new garage was constructed.

This house was sectioned into 3 small apartments and was in very bad shape. The extensive renovation resulted in a single family home with an attached garage.

  • An addition allowed for 1st floor laundry, bath and mud rooms

  • New windows, new roof and siding

  • New hardwood and tile floors and new woodwork to match the original woodwork in the house

  • A master suite was created, along with 2 large upstairs bedrooms

  • Downstairs walls were removed and support beams added to create an open concept design 

  • Sold October 2015

227 W 18th Street

  • New siding, windows and roof 

  • The kitchen and bath were extensively renovated along with adding a main floor laundry.

  • The electrical and plumbing were completely replaced  

  • The house was insulated

This significant renovation on a prominent corner is a signature home for Jubilee Ministries.

  • The original woodwork was preserved throughout the house

  • Front porch was replaced and a 2 stall garage was added 

  • All electrical, plumbing, and HVAC were replaced

  • Master Suite was created 

  •  3 bedrooms and 3½ baths.

50 West 14th Street

This house was converted from a two family to single family. With the ground floor being in pretty good condition, most of our efforts were on the second floor.

  • Removed second floor  kitchen and created a master suite 

  • The HVAC was updated and roof replaced

  • Exterior was painted.

This house is located in Holland’s Historic District. This house has a master suite on the main floor, and main floor laundry.
