Habitat, Jubilee break ground on mixed-income neighborhood

Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity and Jubilee broke ground at the 40th Street parcel. The neighborhood, Park Vista Place, will be a mixed income neighborhood of 10 single family homes.

Council Greenlights 36th Street Development

The Holland City Council rezoned land at the end of 36th Street to make way for an affordable housing development. This is big news for Jubilee & Habitat for Humanity.

Habitat-Jubilee 36th Street development gets planning commission nod

It has been a busy time for us as we work to add additional choices to our community's housing stock. This project is the 2nd joint development we have with Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity. We will begin construction of this mixed income community next spring and bring a choice of single family and townhouses to the market.

Holland approves the sale of 36th Street 'Woods'

City Council heard from the neighbors, both in support and opposition, before voting and deciding to sell the property to Third Coast Homes, a collaboration between Jubilee Ministries and Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity.
