development of attainable housing options, the stewardship of vital community assets,

and collaboration with key community partners.

Midtown Block (15th & 16th Street between River and Pine Avenue):

​

• Midtown Center: Jubilee Ministries owns and manages this historic building which several nonprofit agencies use for their home base. The Study Hall, located on the 2nd Floor, is available for wedding receptions and business events. The Midtown Center office is located in Suite 206, across from the Study Hall. This building is handicap accessible.

• Midtown Village is owned and operated by Dwelling Place and provides quality affordable housing for people 55 and older.

 

• The Day Center of Evergreen is owned and operated by Evergreen Commons. This program provides a safe, caring and community-centered day service for adults that are frail or health-impaired.

​

• Prince Park: This green space, owned by Jubilee Ministries, provides a connection between the neighborhoods of 15th and 16th Streets.
