Renaissance Building: Located off 17th street in the southshore area, we are supporting local businesses...Way Cup Cafe, West Michigan Lapidary, Pat's Fresh Flowers and Holland Lock and safe.

Midtown Campus: Containing the Midtown Center, a non-profit and bussiness complex and Midtown Village, affordable senior housing, the Midtown campus project seeks to use these building and the green space between to contribute to the vitality of the community.

Housing Renovation: Starting early Spring 2010 we will begin again to renovate houses and assist with home ownership. Stay tuned for more details.
